Vedanta has revised guidance at Gamsberg between 120,000-130,000mt as there was a step-up in the December quarter. With the additional initiatives to increase recovery and access better grade, the company believes that they can add more than 40,000mt in the fourth quarter. The aim is to double the capacity in the medium term by implementing Gamsberg Phase 2. Gamsberg currently produces 400,000 tonnes of ore per month.
