The US Department of Commerce has imposed preliminary antidumping duties (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on stainless steel flanges from India.
Commerce indicated in a notification on Aug 20 that some producers or exporters from the country sold the materials at less than the fair value during the period of review (POR) March 28, 2018, to September 30, 2019, and also received unfair subsidies on the products during the POR January 23, 2018, to December 31, 2018.
