The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined antidumping duties (AD) on forged steel fittings from Taiwanese producer, Both-Well Steel Fittings.
In a notification published on Aug 24, the department indicated that the company sold the material at less than the fair value during the period of review (POR) from September 1, 2019, to August 31, 2020.
Commerce has therefore levied a final AD margin of 5.57pc on Both-Well Steel Fittings.
Upon publication of the final results, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will be instructed to collect a cash deposit equal to the AD margin for shipments of the subject merchandise entered or withdrawn on or after the date of publication.
