The daily Davis Index for P1020 Monday rose by Rs3,366/mt ($46/mt) to settle at Rs150, 221/mt from Rs146,855/mt ex-works India producer Friday after all three primary aluminium producers increased product prices. Nalco raised its product prices by Rs3,600/mt on October 9 from October 6 while Balco and Hindalco increased by Rs1,500/mt on October 10.
Nalco rose its P1020 price to Rs151,350/mt ex-works India producer on October 9, Hindalco to Rs153,000/mt and Balco to Rs153,500/mt ex-works India producer.
The spot aluminium prices on LME rose by $44.5/mt to settle at $1,786/mt on October 8 from $1,741.5/mt on October 5.
while it increased by $19.5/mt to settle at $1,805.5/mt on October 9.
The daily Davis Index for ADC 12 Monday settled at Rs152,711/mt ex-works India producer, up by Rs4,300/mt from Rs148,411/mt Friday.
The index for CG99.5 Monday settled at Rs149,805/mt ex-works India producer, up by Rs3,367/mt while the index for EC rod settled at Rs155,726/mt ex-works India producer, up by Rs3,433/mt.
