Davis Index: Market Intelligence for the Global Metals and Recycled Materials Markets

Imperial Metals Corporation has promoted Darb Dhillon to chief financial office and corporate secretary.

Dhillon replaces Andre Deepwell in both positions, who is retiring after 35 years with the company where she managed its financial and tax reporting, mergers, financings, divestitures, and acquisitions.

Imperial Metals, based in Vancouver, is a mining development and operation firm that owns 30pc of the Red Chris mine and wholly owns Mount Polley and Huckleberry, which are both copper mines in British Columbia. The company also has a 45.3pc interest in the Ruddock Creek mine, which produces lead and zinc.
