In June, total sales by Indian automaker Force Motors increased 124pc to 1,925 units from the prior-year period and production increased 100pc in June to 1,757 units from 879 units during the same month last year.
In June, domestic sales of the commercial and utility vehicle maker more than doubled to 1,501 units as compared to 726 units and exports rose to a total of 424 units as opposed to 134 units during the same month last year.
Sales of small commercial vehicles and light commercial vehicles edged up to 787 units in India, from 461 units last year. While sales of utility vehicles, sports utility vehicles (SUV), and tractors increased to 714 units from 265 units in 2020.
