Ferrari’s car shipments increased by 32 pc to 5,456 vehicles in H1 2021 against 4,127 units in the same timeframe last year, as the Italian carmaker looks towards shifting its strategy towards electrification of its vehicles.

 

In Q2 2021, the Maranello, Italy-based company reported a 93pc jump in shipments on Monday to 2,685 units compared to 1,389 vehicles in the same year-ago period.

 

The Europe, Middle-East, and Africa (EMEA) region remains the largest market for Ferrari with 2,796 vehicles delivered during the first six months of the year, while the Americas came a close second with 1,404 vehicles.

 

The Italian manufacturer’s net revenue increased 36pc in H1 2021 to €2.04bn ($2.42bn) from €1.50bn in H1 2020. Between April and June, net revenue grew by 81pc to €1.03bn from €571mn in Q2 2020.
